Brendan M. McGowan
Brendan is a co-founder and partner in both McGowan and Co., LLP and McGowan and Co., LLC. Brendan is a Certified Financial Planner as well as a CPA and is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s. Brendan is a frequent lecturer on Investments, Estate Planning, Financial Planning, and Retirement. Brendan graduated cum laude from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University with majors in Finance and Accounting. Brendan is married with three children
Brian J. McGowan Jr.
Brian is a co-founder and partner in both McGowan & Co., LLP and McGowan & Co., LLC. Brian is a CPA and is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s. Brian is a frequent lecturer on Investments, Estate Planning, Financial Planning, and Retirement. Brian graduated with honors from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola College with a major in International Business. Brian is married with four children
Brian J. McGowan Sr.
Brian is a co-founder of both McGowan & Co., LLP and McGowan & Co., LLC of which he is a partner. Brian is a CPA and is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s having formerly served on the Ethics Committee for the PICPA. Brian graduated from LaSalle College and holds an MS (Masters in Tax Law) from Widener University. Early in his career, Brian spent several years as a US Treasury Agent before working at Sun Oil Co. He participated in most mergers and acquisitions for the company and was a member of the Office of the President. Prior to going independent in 1980, he was the CFO for Sun Information Services (later known as SunGard). Brian has taught at both Penn State University and Widener University Graduate School and currently teaches at Villanova University Law School. Brian is married and proud to be partners with his two sons.
